If you are ordering from Europe, choose the ‘Group Ship option via Brussels’ shipping method then we’ll send your order to our Brussels dispatch onto you. This way you do not have to pay customs fees.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Shipping: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We cannot therefore guarantee delivery times once an order leaves our office.
